Watercolor Materials List:

Spiral bound Sketchbook (or binder w/ hole punch)

18 x 24” pad of watercolor paper

Palette (watercolor or tin)

Water vessel (jar, cup, etc)

Sponge (kitchen sink variety)

 Watercolor (tubes or cakes):

Alizarin crimson

Cadmium red medium

Cadmium yellow medium

Ultramarine blue

Pthalocyanine blue (“Thalo” blue)

Pthalocyanine green (“Thalo” green)

Payne’s Grey

Optional colors:

Lemon yellow

Sap green

Viridian

Cobalt blue

Cerulean blue

Prussian blue

Violet

White

…any other colors that make you smile....

 Brushes:

#12 round (or bigger), natural or synthetic

1-2” flat, natural or synthetic

Large wash brush (inexpensive house paint brush is okay)
